How big can a colour be?
I've read somewhere that you can not have bigger colours than 42. Is this really the case?
(This is an example of a sticky topic, only admins can make messages sticky. The user groups which can make sticky topics can be configured in forum.ini in the StickyUserGroupArray setting).

I don't belive this for a second. You can have much larger colours.
